    Website FAQs

What can I expect from your services?

For our standard fee (listed above), we offer a straightforward 1-3 page website design service. However, it’s important to note that if you require more advanced features or additional pages, the price may increase accordingly. Rest assured, we’re committed to transparency and collaboration throughout the process. Before we begin any work, we’ll work closely with you to determine the scope of the project, ensuring that you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Together, we’ll tailor the website to meet your specific needs and budget, ensuring a solution that exceeds your expectations.

Can you help with website hosting and domain registration?

Yes, we can take care of everything by creating a simple 1-3 page website, with hosting and one custom domain for 1 year, along with basic maintenance (1-3 monthly edits as requested by the business owner). We can also use a domain you may currently have registered if you would just like us to provide the web design and hosting services.

What happens after the first year?

After the first year is up, you will have the option to continue using our hosting & domain registration for a monthly fee (currently $20 per month) or you can move on to use another hosting option if you so choose.

What does the business owner need to provide to get started?

To begin your website project seamlessly, we’ll gather the most crucial information through a convenient online form. This form will cover essential details such as your business goals, target audience, and desired website features. Additionally, we’ll request branding materials like logos and color schemes, as well as any existing content you’d like to incorporate. By collecting this information upfront, we ensure a smooth and efficient process, allowing us to create a customized website tailored to your needs and preferences.

What is the turnaround time for a website?

We aim for 1 month to get it up and running. This depends on the speed with which we get information from you.

Can you provide examples of websites you’ve designed?

    Photography FAQs

The information in the handout must be conveyed to the business owner. Please share this document or go over the info in it so each business owner will be prepared.

Why does a business need photographs?

Photographs are essential for businesses as they serve multiple crucial functions. They establish a strong visual identity, conveying professionalism and credibility to customers. Engaging and high-quality images captivate audiences, driving engagement and interest in products and services. Additionally, photographs are powerful marketing tools, used across various channels to tell brand stories, differentiate from competitors, and attract new customers. Ultimately, investing in professional photography enables businesses to effectively communicate their brand message, stand out in the market, and build lasting connections with their audience.

How much time do I get for my photo session?

The listed price on our website is for one hour of photography services. However, we’re flexible and can accommodate as many additional hours as needed to capture all the important moments of your event. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your specific requirements, timeline, and budget to tailor our services to your needs. Whether you need one hour or multiple hours of photography coverage, we’re here to provide a customized solution that meets your expectations and ensures the success of your event.

Do you offer retouching or editing services for the photos?

Absolutely! The listed price on our website covers the photography services, including very basic culling to ensure the quality of the images. However, additional services such as retouching, extensive editing, or advanced post-processing are available at an additional cost. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your specific editing needs and provide a customized quote based on the complexity of the editing required. Our goal is to ensure that your photos are precisely tailored to your vision, and we’re committed to providing comprehensive editing services to achieve that.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your photo session, please contact us as soon as you can. We require 24 hr notice for any cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel within the 24 hr mark then you will no longer be eligible for a CO-OP referral and will have to pay full price to reschedule outside of the CO-OP program.

What do I need to do to prepare beforehand?

We only have an hour so we would like to use as much time as possible taking photographs. Please clean and organize your location beforehand. If you sell food or products, have them prepared and ready to be photographed. Make sure your employees are aware of the photography so they can dress and act appropriately (ie.food handlers are wearing gloves, keeping workspaces clean, etc).

    What should I wear?

We want to highlight you and your business the best we can. Cultural clothing, uniforms, or anything that sets you or your business apart is best. Consider bold colors if you’re looking for attention, and stick with neutrals and calmer tones if you want people to connect with you and your personality. Think about the colors that you look best in, no one is going to know the colors that you look best in better than you do!

How long until I get my photos?

You will receive a link to your photos via email within 2 weeks from your scheduled session.

Can I share my photos on social media?

Yes! For these sessions, we will release the rights, you can use your photos for anything you like (advertising, website design, social media posts, etc.). Don’t forget to tag us! @dbproductionsutah
