What We Handle

Production support built for real-world conferences

We can step in as your technical team (or reinforce your existing team) and cover the pieces that usually cause stress:

  • Audio support (wireless mics, handhelds/lavs, podium mic, basic mixing, speaker handoffs)
  • Projection & screens (slides on screen, confidence monitor if needed, clean cable management)
  • Video switching (presenter + slides + audience cam + stage cam, as needed)
  • Livestreaming (YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, Teams, Webex—whatever your org uses)
  • Multi-session recording (capture sessions for post-event access, internal training, or compliance)
  • Hybrid support (remote presenters, remote Q&A, audience mics, and clean audio routing)
  • Walk-in music + stingers (simple polish that makes the room feel professional)
  • Day-of stage management (mic placement, slide advances, keeping transitions smooth)

If you don’t know what you need, that’s normal. We’ll help you map the event to a simple plan.

Planning Support

Planning support from people who’ve run a lot of conferences

We don’t just execute the technical side—we help plan it. Having supported conferences, summits, and multi-session events, we know where things tend to break and how to prevent that early.

We can assist with:

  • Technical planning aligned with your agenda
  • Mic strategy and speaker flow
  • Hybrid logistics and rehearsal timing
  • A simple run-of-show that keeps the day predictable

Packages

No two conferences are the same. Room layouts, agendas, audiences, and technical needs all vary—and your production setup should reflect that.

We build custom conference support packages based on your event’s specific needs, venue, and goals. That might mean scaling up for a keynote-heavy summit, simplifying for a single-room training, or designing a hybrid setup that works smoothly for both in-person and remote attendees.

The packages below are examples of common configurations we provide. They’re starting points—not limitations—and can be adjusted, combined, or expanded to fit your event.

What We Need From You

o keep things smooth, we’ll ask for:

  • Event date, venue, and room details
  • Agenda (even a rough one is fine)
  • Estimated audience size
  • Whether you need livestreaming and/or recording
  • Any venue AV notes (existing sound system? projector? house tech contact?)
  • Your preferred delivery goals (recordings only vs. edited sessions vs. highlight recap)
